Tucked away in southwest Colorado’s San Juan Mountains, between Telluride and Crested Butte, is the Cimarron Range. Cimarron is a year-round, welcoming retreat that will be shared by only 13 Owners and their families and friends. Ownership of a 35‑acre homesite is included. Each Cimarron homesite has been sensitively placed, utilizing the natural benching of the terrain and careful planning to create extremely private individual sites, protecting view corridors and respecting privacy.

The unique wilderness outpost features:

  • Entry building contains two powder rooms and boot benches and opens onto a large outdoor deck
